Terms & Conditions


LATE ARRIVALS: Please be courteous of your technicians time and the time of other clients. If you are late to your appointment notify us as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late, it may result in a cancellation unless the technician agrees they are still able to take you in. If there is a client scheduled directly after you we will not be able to take you in, unless your appointment is for lash extensions and you are willing to accept less lash time due to your time loss, resulting in a slightly less full lash set.

  

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING: Cancellations must be made 48 hours before your appointment time or you will lose your deposit. If the cancellation is made 48 hours prior we can provide you with a refund. However, if you need to reschedule and let us know 24-48 hours before, then we can move your deposit toward the day you reschedule to or else you will lose your deposit.

 

NO SHOWS: If you do not show up to your appointment and fail to notify us, you will be denied future appointments lose your deposit.

 

GUESTS: We have a strictly NO GUEST policy. Please do not bring guests/children to your appointment. Our studio room is a small space with no available seating and this is a time for you to relax and take a nap while your technician focuses only on you and your lashes/brows. If you have scheduled back to back with a friend/family member you must come to your appointments separately. There is a Starbucks around the corner where you may wait for one another if you decide to ride together. Thank you for understanding.

 

LASH FILLS: Fills must be booked within 2-3 weeks with at least 40% of your lash extensions remaining. Any lashes less than 40% will be considered a full set and not a fill.

 

REFUNDS: If you are unhappy with your lashes/brows or any other services, please contact us and we will do our best to fix them as you like until you are satisfied. However, we will not be providing refunds. If allergic reaction for Eyelash extensions occurs we will do a removal for free. However, as stated above, we do not provide refunds. 

 

QUIET ON THE SCENE: Once your session has started, we ask that you please keep talking and movements to a minimum for proper and safe application. Applying eyelash extensions and permanent makeup procedures are a very delicate process. Any movements can cause  complications to the services or unsatisfactory results. Also, PLEASE NO GUM CHEWING, this causes all of your facial muscles to move and disrupts the application process.

 

CELL PHONE POLICY: Please no phone usage while your technician is working on you, all phones must be put away for the service as this can slow down your technician and movements can disrupt the services. Emergency calls are okay.
