RETURNS & EXCHANGES/SHIPPING & DELIVERIES

Due to the nature of our products & sanitary concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any open products. All sales are final. Thank you for your understanding.

If an item is defective or you are unsatisfied with the products you receive for any reason, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item and we will work with you to resolve any issues, replacing the item if needed once we receive the defective product.

A product cannot be returned/exchanged for any reason beyond 7 days from the purchase date. Buyer pays return shipping.

Lash’d Up Beauty Lounge is not responsible for any products returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Please ensure the items you return to us are adequately packaged and use a shipping method that can be tracked so that you can notify us once the package has arrived at our location.

Please feel free to ask us any questions before making a purchase.

You are provided with a shipping confirmation where you can continuously track your package through USPS. After items have shipped, we are not responsible for any damages or lost packages. Please ship the package to a location that you will be available at to ensure your package does not get stolen, as package theft is a common issue these days. Please contact your local USPS office for assistance if you suspect that your package was stolen. If your package was addressed correctly and you do not receive it, we will work with you on resolving the issue.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all items ordered are correct prior to check out. Please review your shipping information before submitting the order After checkout, if you have discovered any mistakes, you should immediately e-mail lashduplounge@yahoo.com to inform us so we can correct the issues prior to shipping. Your items will be shipped out within 24-48 hours of placing your order. If your items have shipped after you notified us of the issue, you may return the unopened item.

All Lash’d Up Beauty Lounge orders will typically ship within 24-48 hours. During U.S. Holidays, items will ship on the following business day. If an order is placed on Saturday or Sunday it will be shipped out on the following Monday.

By placing an order and making a payment, you are agreeing to the terms that all sales made by Lash’d Up Beauty Lounge are final.
